We feel that customer contact is vitally important, with the increasing use of electronic communication the value of face to face meetings and visits should not be forgotten. 

Face-to-Face Support

We are very keen for our support engineers not only to assist people over the telephone and by remote access but by also making a personal visit.  With about 85% of issues resolved through these remote methods it is possible to forget that people like to see a face and be able to ask simple questions.  Minor issues/irritations are often ignored or unreported because people either forget or are too embarrassed to ask.

Making an on-site visit gives us the opportunity to wonder round and make sure that everything is OK and also give your staff the opportunity to get to know our team.
