E-mail Hosting
Tristar Support owns an e-mail management server, housed within a UK data-centre, for the use of our clients offering business class reliability for your e-mail. We can create either a single or multiple POP3 mailboxes, or have your SMTP e-mail passed through our servers. Either way mail will be scanned for viruses and, if required, SPAM filtering (may incur additional charges). As an additional service we can also offer the facility to store/back-up the last 30 days e-mails, further details on this service can be supplied if requested.
Also included within the standard e-mail hosting services is ‘Web Mail’, a facility enabling you to log-in to your e-mail through the internet browser on any PC connected to the internet.
Web Site Hosting
Tristar also owns two web site hosting servers, also based within UK data-centres, which can be used by our supported clients. Our hosting services offer business-class reliability and security. This service offers 24/7 on-site monitoring, alongside telephone support provided by Tristar during standard business operating hours.
Along-side the actual hosting of your site you will also have access to a statistics package. This will enable you to track what is actually happening on your site. You are able to track visitors for a day, week, month or year, track which pages are the most popular, where your visitors came from, how long people spent on the site, and how many pages they viewed.
Pricing of our web site hosting packages are based on your bandwidth requirement and the actual amount of hosting space your site requires.
