Face-to-Face Support
We are very keen for our support engineers not only to assist people over the telephone and by remote access but by also making a personal visit. With about 85% of issues resolved through these remote methods it is possible to forget that people like to see a face and be able to ask simple questions. Minor issues/irritations are often ignored or unreported because people either forget or are too embarrassed to ask.
Making on on-site visit gives us the opportunity to wonder round and make sure that everything is OK and also give your staff the opportunity to get to know our team.
Account Management
As part of our aim for constant communication with our clients we like to hold quarterly meetings, not only so that we can tell you about any additional services that we can offer, but also to understand where your business is changing and the impact that it may have on your IT requirements.
Your dedicated Account Manager will be in regular contact to ensure that we are meeting all of your requirements and are aware of any changes that may take place.
