In an ideal world neither party, the customer or Tristar, wants problems to occur with your systems and networks, but unfortunately things do go wrong.  The key to minimising these issues is to find them before they occur and to perform regular maintenance.

Pro-Active Monitoring

We spend an increasing large portion of our time pro-actively monitoring your systems and network to identify issues before they occur.  If we can identify a particular issue just as it starts to appear, and resolve it, the chances are that you'll never even notice there was a problem.

We monitor your system back-ups, not only to ensure that they have completed successfully, but also to do test restore of files, anti-virus, to make sure you are receiving the latest definitions, your system logs, and disk space.  Many of our competitors use specialised software to perform this kind of maintenance, we prefer to use humans!  That way as soon as we find a potential issue we can work to get it resolved there and then rather than waiting for someone to read a report and then schedule for the problem to be resolved.



IT Maintenance

Like any piece of machinery your server/PC needs regular care and attention to ensure that all the functions work correctly.  For this reason we regularly perform maintenance visits and checks.  We make sure that important Microsoft updates are rolled out across your network as and when required, plus performing all of the regular tasks you would expect.
