Free Audit
As part of our initial introduction to our company we offer a completely free audit / healthcheck of your systems and network. Depending on the size and complexity of your network we try not to take up too much of your time! Of course this audit does not stop your business carrying on as normal.
This audit /healthcheck offers two main benefits, firstly that we can provide you with accurate costings for our three support packages, but we can also provide you with a report detailing our findings. Things included will be:
- Initial Analysis - An overview of your systems (servers, workstations and all coms equipment)
- Findings - This gives you an overview of our findings, detailing any issues that we feel need attention or possibly immediate action
- Recommendations - An overview of possible solutions that could be put in place to rectify the findings.
We feel it is important not only to highlight possible problem areas but offer solutions to how they can be resolved. Where possible we will also include costs of any recommeded hardware and software.
