IT Support Packages


We prefer to support our clients under a support and maintenance contract.  This way we are not only on call when you have an issue but we can also perform regular maintenance and pro-active checks on the network to try and ensure continued smooth running.  Under a support contract we get to know not only how your systems work and how they are configured, but also get to understand how your company works and how you use IT.  Thus enabling us to provide a greater value to your business.



Tristar offers three distinct IT support and maintenance contracts that will meet your needs whatever your required level of support, whether that be a fully managed all-inclusive package or a back-up to your existing internal team.

Our 'Total' IT support package gives you complete piece of mind, you pay one fixed fee for your cover, which includes remote support, onsite labour and all replacement parts.

Our 'Enhanced' IT support package is for those that wish to pay a fixed fee for telephone support, remote support, and on-site labour charges.

Our 'Lite' IT support package is aimed at clients looking for a cost-effective solution to their IT issues. Both telephone and remote support are included but you only pay for on-site labour as and when you use it, all on our client discounted rates.
